These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lvking. Please read them carefully before using any service on this platform.
By accessing, registering on, or using any service made available through the lvking platform (including the website at lvking.one, any mobile-optimised interface, and any associated gaming or wagering services), you ("the Member" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with lvking's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific supplementary rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the lvking platform. lvking reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
Access to and use of the lvking platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:
lvking conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all member accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. Providing false or misleading information during the registration or verification process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with lvking. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise related accounts by the same individual — whether for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding a suspension, or for any other reason — is expressly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. lvking will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify lvking immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You warrant that all information provided during and after registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information — is true, current, and accurate. You undertake to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.
lvking may at any time request documentary proof of your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months), and payment method confirmation. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or account restriction.
All financial transactions on the lvking platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency payment channels (USDT).
Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the lvking platform, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the platform's Cashier section and may be amended from time to time. lvking does not accept deposits sourced from third parties — all deposit payment instruments must be registered in the member's own name.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, subject to KYC verification being completed. lvking targets e-wallet withdrawals to Touch n Go and Boost within 5–30 minutes of approval, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or pending compliance review. lvking reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal it deems to require further scrutiny.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. lvking may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts and reserves the right to close an account that has remained inactive for an extended period following written notice to the registered contact details.
All bets and wagers placed on the lvking platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, and other games). In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating solely to that product.
lvking reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a technical error has resulted in an erroneous price or limit being displayed; (b) there is reasonable evidence of abuse, arbitrage, or collusion; or (c) the maximum stake limit applicable to the member or the event has been reached.
In the event of a game or system malfunction, lvking reserves the right to void any affected wagers and return stakes to members. lvking shall not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a technical malfunction that is outside its reasonable operational control.
Once a game round or sporting event has been settled in accordance with the applicable rules, that result is final and may not be reversed unless a demonstrable and material error in settlement is identified by lvking's Risk and Trading team within forty-eight (48) hours of original settlement.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by lvking are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the platform at the time the promotion is active. General conditions applicable to all promotions include:
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lvking platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:
All content on the lvking platform — including but not limited to the lvking brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, images, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of lvking or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of lvking. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lvking's aggregate liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lvking shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; (b) loss of profit or anticipated winnings; (c) interruption of service arising from events outside lvking's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government-imposed access restrictions, or force majeure events; or (d) errors in third-party game software that are beyond lvking's operational control.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lvking's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
lvking reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) compliance or regulatory obligations require it; (c) the account has been flagged by internal fraud detection systems; or (d) the member has requested self-exclusion under the platform's Responsible Gaming programme.
In the event of account closure by lvking for cause, any outstanding bonus balance shall be forfeited. Any confirmed genuine deposit balance, net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements, will be returned to the member through their verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance review.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lvking holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be addressed through lvking's internal dispute resolution process.
To initiate a dispute, the member must submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute – [Account Username]". lvking will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If the member is dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant independent adjudication body designated by lvking's licensing authority.
lvking reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material amendments via a notice displayed upon next login or by communication to their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the process described in Section 10.
